We have strategic relationships with both Impakt MMA in Central and Steam Studio in Sheung Wan and rent these premises as a 3rd party. 


Impakt MMA
Impakt is a state of the art martial arts training facility with training area, boxing ring, exercise area and more. It is situated at the bottom of the mid levels escalators in Central so very convenient. 

The address is Wings Building, 2/F, 110-116 Queen's Road Central

Best to get the MTR to Central, walk along Queens Street towards the Mid Level Escalators and directly after the escalators on the left side is the Wing Building. Go up to level 2 and Impakt is there.

Steam Studio
Steam Studio is a purpose built dance studio and the perfect size and venue for all our courses, seminars, programs and weekly classes. It is centrally located, close to the MTR and has a cafe adjacent to the studio serving great coffee/snacks! 

Steam Studio is situated at 4/F, Si Toi Commercial Building, 62-63 Connaught Rd West. Please note that the building entrance is on Queen Street. Google maps link: https://goo.gl/maps/6fN5xhsXVa52

The nearest MTR exit is Sheung Wan station Exit C onto Connaught Rd. Turn left out of the exit and follow Connaught Road for about 400m until you reach Queen St. Cross Queen St and you will see Si Toi Commercial Building. Also if you arrive by bus, the studio is a short walking distance from the Macau Ferry Terminal (Shun Tak) bus terminus on the other side of Connaught Rd.
